1. Services

Fifi + Hop is a luxury travel advisory operated by Corey Cook as an independent affiliate of Elli Travel Group. We provide bespoke travel planning, itinerary design, hotel and villa selection, and concierge services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Advisory Relationship

Fifi + Hop acts as a travel advisor on your behalf. We research, recommend, and arrange travel components through our network of preferred suppliers. While we exercise careful judgment in all recommendations, we are not the direct provider of transportation, accommodation, or experiences and therefore cannot be held liable for the actions or omissions of third-party suppliers.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual supplier (hotel, airline, tour operator, etc.). Deposits and payment schedules vary by supplier and will be communicated clearly at the time of booking. Full payment is typically required prior to travel.

Planning fees, where applicable, are non-refundable and compensate for the time and expertise invested in designing your itinerary regardless of whether travel proceeds.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and amendment policies are determined by individual suppliers and will vary. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against unforeseen cancellations, interruptions, or emergencies. Fifi + Hop will assist in navigating cancellations but cannot guarantee refunds from third-party providers.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly advise all clients to purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical evacuation, and emergency coverage. Fifi + Hop is not responsible for any losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fifi + Hop acts solely as an agent for suppliers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity arising from the services of any third-party supplier, nor for any events beyond our control including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, political unrest, or health emergencies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fifi + Hop website — including text, photographs, itineraries, and design — is the property of Fifi + Hop and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
